There is no separate OpenAI dots login. Dots live inside ChatGPT, so you sign in to your ChatGPT account. Then open chatgpt.com/dots or use the ChatGPT desktop app. You can create your dot on desktop only, and talk to it afterward in the ChatGPT mobile app, Slack or Teams.
Where to sign in
Go to the official page, chatgpt.com/dots, or open the ChatGPT desktop app (Mac or Windows). Sign in with the ChatGPT account that has your Pro or Business Premium plan.
Be careful with other sites. Only chatgpt.com is OpenAI's. This guide, and any site with "dots" in its name, is not.

Not the same thing
Several unrelated things share a similar name. Shokz OpenDots earbuds have nothing to do with OpenAI. The three dots in ChatGPT's menu are just a menu icon, and dots that move or stay still while ChatGPT replies are an interface animation, not the dots agent.
