OpenAI dots has no separate price. Your first dot comes with ChatGPT Pro or Business Premium at no extra cost. Pro starts at $100 a month, with $200 and $500 tiers above it. Business Premium seats are $125 per user per month billed monthly ($100 billed annually). OpenAI hasn't announced prices for extra dots yet.

The $100, $200 and $500 Pro tiers
ChatGPT Pro now comes in three sizes: Pro 100, Pro 200 and Pro 500. OpenAI's pricing page lists dots under Pro without limiting it to one tier, so the price you pay for dots is the price of the tier you already choose.
What differs is overall usage. Pro 500 has the highest included usage and is the only tier with Astra Ultrafast, according to Pulse 2. Pro 200 reopened on September 29 and, per the same report, new subscribers get lower included usage than before.
OpenAI hasn't said whether the amount of "deeper work" a dot can do differs between tiers. If you're deciding between Pro 100 and Pro 200 only for dots, that is the open question. What you get for the first dot
Your first dot is included in the plan. It's available 24/7 to talk to and help you think. Your plan also has an allowance for deeper work, and OpenAI extended those limits for the first month.
What counts toward your limits
Talking to your dot doesn't count. Starting or managing tasks in Codex or ChatGPT Work does, exactly as it would if you ran them yourself.
What isn't priced yet
- Extra dots. OpenAI says you'll be able to add more later. No price.
- Faster or bigger dots. You'll be able to raise a dot's speed or its monthly workload. No price.
- Limits after month one. OpenAI says it will share plan terms later.
Is it worth paying for?
